We have complementary professional profiles that allow us to accumulate decades of experience in the fields of Justice and Restorative Practices, organizational management and culture, mental health, people training, and innovation in the world of organizations.

I hold a degree in Business Administration and Management and a master’s degree in professional mediation from Pompeu Fabra University.
I have worked for over 20 years in organizations that provide humanitarian aid to victims of violence and armed conflict. Currently, I am responsible for the area of mediation and change management in different healthcare organizations.
I love starting the day by reading a Haiku by Bashō, Ryōkan, Issa, or Santōka and ending it with a graphic novel by Peeters, Sfar or Larcenet.
I have a degree in Philosophy. I hold a master’s degree in mediation and conflict resolution and a postgraduate degree in peace culture.
I have been working for over 15 years as a facilitator in restorative processes in the criminal field, and I have collaborated as a trainer in various master’s and postgraduate programs.
A large part of my personal time is dedicated to parenting, an exciting space full of constant self-reflection, learning, and challenges… What recharges my batteries is rock climbing or getting lost in the mountains.
I am a psychologist, specialized in the field of work and organizations, with experience in managing the mental health of workers and wellbeing of teams. I also hold a master’s degree in mediation, as well as in legal psychology and forensic expertise.
Currently, I work as a facilitator in restorative processes in the field of restorative justice within the penal justice system and within the organizations.
In my free time, you can find me developing film in the lab, climbing, reading a book, or making music with close friends and family.
I graduated in Global Studies – Peace and Conflicts from the University of California, Berkeley, and hold a master’s degree in professional mediation. I have worked coordinating innovation and entrepreneurship programs for both the business and social sectors.
Currently, I support individuals by facilitating restorative processes in the field of restorative justice within the penal justice system and within the organizations.
For 20 years, I enjoyed spending much of my time running track and field, but now that I have left competition, I feel alive practicing outdoors sports with friends or grilling fish at an old farmhouse in Solsonès.
I have been working for 17 years as a facilitator of restorative processes in the criminal justice system, accompanying processes of accountability, de-victimization, harm repair, and addressing the impacts that harmful and violent behaviors have on people.
I am a professional trainer in various educational and university institutions.
I enjoy the song (trill) of a bee-eater, a walk through a cork oak forest, or a dive with a snorkel in the Mediterranean.
